QUOTE OF THE NOW

"Our life evokes our character. You find out more about yourself as you go on. That's why it's good to be able to put yourself in situations that will evoke your higher nature rather than your lower. 'Lead us not into temptation.'" Joseph Campbell

lobster love

Here's my latest amigurumi--I followed a pattern this time, from Toys to Crochet by Claire Garland.

I'm also making a sleeping bag for my mum's dog Rocky, but it'll take awhile.

In other news, painting has begun on the house. Flooring soon. Folks still trying to figure out the kitchen.

No paint etc in my room--we've just been removing crap wallpaper there. Then we might put up beadboard.

Nothing more exciting in my life at le moment.

Oh, the lobster is adorable! Good work!

Will the dog actually sleep in the sleeping bag?

Beadboard is cool: I put it put it up in my bathroom in my LC house. Very cottage-y.

Great lobster!
I don't envy you removing wallpaper - you never know what's underneath.

Oh, that lobster is sooooo cute!

Glad everything is fine and as my mother would say, "No news is good news." : )

Cute! Blech for removing the wallpaper, though. Can't wait to see the doggie sleeping bag. (Doggie bag?) ;)

Doggie bag - lol Delia.
Cute lobster. Sounds like lots of movement on the house front.

Thanks!

I don't know if he'll sleep IN it. Only if it's big enough, methinks. I'll see where I'm at once the yarn runs out.
