QUOTE OF THE NOW

"Our life evokes our character. You find out more about yourself as you go on. That's why it's good to be able to put yourself in situations that will evoke your higher nature rather than your lower. 'Lead us not into temptation.'" Joseph Campbell

Fishy fishy fishy in the crochet sea!

I've been making cotton dishcloths. Good way to practice, and then have a practical use.

Here's a fish one. It was really easy. (And it's a darker orange than in the pic.)

Think I should just give up writing and crochet instead?

No you shouldn't give up writing. I need new authors to read.
You do crochet pretty, though.

Be like Jenny: write, then crochet, then write some more. It creates a balance. And you do crochet very well.

Your next heroine will be into crochet. She'll own a store a-la Phildar in the 1980s.

In the 80s I did once start a 1980s style story about a knitting empire.
